Who are we? We are the Lyme-Old Lyme Techno Ticks, Team 236. Team 236 is a FIRST Robotics Team from Lyme-Old Lyme, Connecticut. Our team was founded back in the fall of 1998, and we have been steadily running for fourteen years. Our team welcomes all students in grades 9-12, mentors, and teachers alike.
What do we do? We participate each year in the FIRST Robotics Competition,as well as host the FRC Bash @ the Beach and FLL Bash @ the Beach.
What is our main goal? We encourage the learning of Science and Technology, and thrive on the progress of students.
What does FIRST stand for? FIRST is an acronym for the words, "For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology"
